1. When will my box arrive?

All orders are processed within 2 – 5 business days. 

2. What if I receive my items damaged or the package is missing? 

If you contact us via hi@goshswim.com within 10 days of the package being delivered, you must include a picture of the item and we will only send replacements. 

3. What happens if my package is incorrect or not the size I ordered?

4. What happens if my package is missing?

In case the package is missing follow the next steps: 

  • Verify the shipping address in your orders.
  • Look for a notice of attempted delivery.
  • Look around the delivery location for your package. See if someone else accepted the delivery, unless you have health or safety concerns about doing so.
  • Some packages travel through multiple carriers; check your mailbox or wherever else you receive mail.
  • Wait 48 hours. In rare cases, packages may say “delivered” up to 48 hours before arrival.

5.How can I get in touch with the customer service team?

For customer service inquiries only, please e-mail us at hi@goshswim.com. We aim to respond to all e-mails within 48 hours. Please, note that this timeframe may be extended during and immediately after launches.
